I cannot fully express how honored I was to accept a Preservation Award from the Metro Nashville Historical Commission yesterday. I truly appreciate their work in recognizing those who preserve the history of Nashville.
Being in the company of honorees Tom Vickstrom from the Hermitage Hotel, former Nashville Mayor Bob Cooper, and Nashville Old Timers Baseball Association president Tony Rankin was very special.Educator, author, and Historic Commission member Don Cusic introduced me, and I am grateful.
