One of my friends is Pat Nolan, the most knowledgeable analyst of Nashville and Tennessee Politics I know. A graduate of Vanderbilt University, he is Senior Vice President at DVL Seigenthaler Public Relations and host of “Inside Politics” on NewsChannel5+.
Executive Director of NewsChannel5+ Rick Casebeer invited me to be on Pat’s show, and we hooked up last Friday via Zoom. Pat was deviating from politics because major league baseball’s opening day occurred two days earlier. He and Betty Lee follow Vanderbilt baseball and the St. Louis Cardinals. I have seen photos of his visits to spring training and Busch Stadium and they are great fans.
I have been fortunate to have been on Pat’s show several times. Each can be viewed on the Media page of this website under the heading “Television”. This one was just as enjoyable, as Pat asks intriguing questions for his audience that are thoughtful, poignant, and significant to the subject. I enjoy sharing with him, and as far as Pat and I go, we never have enough time!
